Seasons of Life: The Course Agreement

It is your responsibility to read this Seasons of Life: The Course Agreement carefully prior to purchase, use or access to any of the Seasons of Life; The Course (“The Course”).

When you purchased the Membership from AMB Consulting & Co., LLC. (“AMB Consulting" or "The Company”) and A. Margot Blair ("A. Margot"), you were given a reasonable notice that this Seasons of Life: The Course Agreement existed (“Terms”). By moving forward with your purchase of the Course and continued access of the Course,
you voluntarily agreed and continue to agree to abide by these Terms.
AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair may, from time to time and at any time without notice to you, modify these Terms. You agree that AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair has the right to modify these Terms or revise anything
contained herein. You further agree that all modifications to these Terms are in full force and effect immediately upon posting on the Website and that modifications or variations will replace any prior version of these Terms, unless prior versions are specifically referred to or incorporated into the latest modification or variation of these Terms.
If at any time you no longer agree to be bound by these Terms, please cease your participation in the Membership immediately and provide AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair written notice of your desire to cancel, which will be effective the next billing cycle.

DISCLAIMER.
AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair do not offer any promises or guarantees with regard to our Membership or Materials. You hereby acknowledge and agree:

Assumption of Risk. You assume all the risk of your access and any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the influence, information or educational materials provided to you by AMB Consulting & Co., A. Margot Blair, any contributors, and any of the other Membership participants. You take full responsibility for your business’ health, your personal health and well-being, your actions and decisions, and your personal care during the Membership. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

PAYMENT.
With your purchase of The Course, you acknowledge that you are in agreement with the financial investment listed on the website at the time of purchase. 
If you you are not in agreement, please do not proceed with your purchase.

You agree not to use the Course or the Website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Course or the Website in any way that could damage the Course, Website, Services, or general business of AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair.

PUBLICITY WAIVER.
You acknowledge that as part of the Course you may be asked to provide a headshot, biography, testimonial, be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during your participation in the Course, which will exclude any of your Confidential Information, for purposes including advertising, promotion, and any other commercial and business purposes AMB Consulting & Co. (The "Company")  and A. Margot Blair (The "Owner") may deem fit (the “Content”). You grant your irrevocable consent to AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair, the right use, publish in whole or in part the Content, which may include the use and public display of your name, biography and likeness, without compensation, in any other manner or media now known or hereinafter invented, throughout the world, without restriction as to alterations or modifications, for any purpose described above. You understand that AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair will be the sole property of the Content, and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights therein. You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity related to the Content against AMB Consulting & Co. and A. Margot Blair, its contributors, affiliates, agents, contractors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, joint venture partners, successors, transferees, assignees, licensees, volunteers, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever related to the Content.

Seasons of Life: The Course is a 7-module course designed to teach, equip, and lead women to navigate through the seasons of their life using biblical principles and adaptive personal development strategies.

WHAT IT'S LIKE INSIDE:

Seasons of Life: The Course is a curricula-based course. You will explore three (3) focus areas and seven (7) modules.

  • Access to the Seasons of Life curricula (Over the course of seven weeks, one lesson will be displayed each week. There are 3 Units & 7 Modules)
  • Digital workbook & 7-Day Journal for each season (Fillable PDF or printable)
  • You will have access to unit prayers, daily/weekly practical activities and exercises, (7) video lectures with transcription, Biblical references for each season, and journal & weekly reflection submissions, and so much more.

WHY ARE YOU DRIPPING ONE LESSON A WEEK, RATHER THAN GIVING US ACCESS TO THE FULL CURRICULUM?

  • Experts recommend starting small and choosing one practice per week to incorporate into your routine. After practicing it daily for a full week, reflect on how you feel and add in the next element/phase after some practice.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONTENT?

  • You will have access to seasons of life in the course for the lifetime of the course (ideally foreva).
