 This retreat is for:

1) The Corporate Leader who is looking to surrender as you prioritize your faith in your professional life (surrender).

2) The Marketplace Leader who is ready to trust God to lead you.

3) The Ministry Leader who needs to adopt a regular rhythm of R.E.S.T. in your life as you walk in radical obedience to God.

This retreat is specifically designed for Christian women who have been walking with Christ for years. The retreat provides a transformative experience for Christian women looking to lay down the burdens you were NOT meant to carry, so that you can become the woman God has predestined you to be.

Your Bible, laptop, comfortable clothing, pajamas, swimwear, any preferred toiletries/feminine products, and an open heart. ITEMS PROVIDED: Workbook, journal, pens, workshop material, and communion.

During the retreat, we will be participating in a 3-day fast. We understand that due to medical reasons, an attendee may have to follow a modified fasting experience. To be mindful of all guests, our team will provide odorless, light snacks onsite as needed.

• Tea, broths and black coffee available BEFORE 6AM AND AFTER 6PM. NOTE: Remember, the focus of this retreat is to allow the Holy Spirit to stretch us spiritually. P.S. YOU WILL NOT DIE FROM THIS 3-DAY FAST.😁

Transportation | Flights are NOT included in the ticket price for the retreat. Attendees arriving from PHX airport will have transportation available. Transportation will depart from PHX airport at 3:30pm to arrive at the retreat location.

Yes, the retreat program includes designated times for individual reflection, small group discussions, and 1:1 with the retreat host, A. Margot Blair.

Absolutely! Personal reflection and solitude are integral parts of the retreat experience. The teaching segments we call "Equipping Sessions" make up 25% of the retreat experience. We have dedicated quiet times and spaces for individual contemplation, prayer, and connection with God.

While we are excited for you to share the Gospel with non/new believers, this retreat is specifically designed for the Christian woman who has been walking with the Lord for years and is looking to grow deeper with God in her leadership/ministry assignment and/or needs to learn how to incorporate the Sabbath into her life. 

The retreat program offers four (4) immersive and interactive equipping sessions (personal, business, and leadership workshops), personal time in solitude, and implementing spiritual practices/disciplines.

You can expect guided self-reflection, discussions with fellow participants, and opportunities to connect with God through prayer, worship, and meditation.

The program is designed to help you strengthen or restore your identity in Christ as a seasoned disciple, foster biblical personal development, and experience spiritual growth in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Prioritize and mentally prepare to set aside this time at the retreat from your everyday responsibilities, allowing yourself to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

To prepare for the retreat, it is recommended to come with an open heart and a willingness to engage in self-reflection and spiritual exploration. 

Also, you will receive access to an e-learning platform on August 1st. Be sure to work through the Pre-Retreat material once you have access, you'll thank God later.
